Refund Policy
This page explains refunds for money paid to Validus LLC. Campaign budgets are held in escrow and pay only for approved clips.
Unspent campaign budget
When a campaign ends, any unspent budget returns to the creator's or brand's Coins balance in the app. It is not refunded to the card.
Coins bought by card
Unspent Coins bought by card can be refunded to that card if you ask within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Coins don't expire, but they aren't refunded except for a Validus error or where the law requires it.
Campaigns that end early
If a campaign ends early, the launch fee is refunded pro rata for the part of the campaign that wasn't completed. Fees on views already paid, and clip payout fees, are not refunded.
Clipper Pro plan ($19.99 per month)
Cancelling Pro stops future renewals. There are no refunds for cancellation or for partial months.
Paid clips
Views already paid to clippers for approved clips are not refundable.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a card payment is charged back, the account will be investigated and the support team decides what happens to the account.
