Creators fund clipping campaigns (from $5, plus a platform fee) and set a rate per 1,000 verified views; clippers turn long videos into short clips, paid per 1,000 verified views on approved clips; brands buy labelled paid placements inside clips (from $25, plus a platform fee); agencies staff campaigns with their rosters. Every clip is reviewed before it’s paid. Verified views: TikTok and YouTube Shorts only. US-based adults 18+; sign-up is invite-only.
